If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the details below to ensure a hassle-free return experience:

• Return or exchange requests must be lodged within 7 days of purchase for a credit note that will be valid for 6 months on our website.
• If 7 days have passed unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. Exchanges and
• Returns do not apply to hijab/ caps or Ninja caps for health and hygiene concerns 
• We request that you carefully choose your products carefully for the interest of hygiene we are unable to return or exchange for change of mind. We will be happy to assist you prior to purchase with any enquiries about our products.
• If any faults or errors occurred on our end with your product we will ensure you a store credit / replacement upon return after inspection. 
• To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send through an email to reignthelabel.com.au to receive an exchange.
• Sale items are not to be exchanged / refunded or store credited, we advise you to choose carefully
